How to manually setup Panasonic IP phones

1. Get your device’s IP address and log into the phone’s web portal

In this step, you’ll obtain the IP address from your phone, which you’ll need to log into the web portal in the next step.

  1. From your phone, click on the Basic Settings menu and navigate to Other Options.

  2. Select: Embedded Web and select On.

  3. After that go to System Settings >> Status >> IPv4 Settings >> IP Address. You will find your IP address here. Record this. You’ll need it soon.

  4. From a computer on the same network as your phone, open a web browser and enter the IP address you obtained in the previous steps into the browser’s address bar. Prepend it with http://

  5. You’ll need to log in. If you have not changed your default login credentials, or if it’s your first time logging in, use the following credentials:

    1. Username: admin

    2. Password: adminpass

2. Configure your SIP profile

In this step, you will configure your device on the Belldial network

  1. Once logged into the web portal, click on the VoIP tab at the top of the screen.

  2. In the left-hand menu, under the SIP Settings link, click Line 1 and enter the following information in the Basic section:

    1. Phone Number: 1000

    2. Registrar Server Address: ***.voip.belldial.co.uk (Server name provided)

    3. Registrar Server Port:  5061.

    4. Proxy Server Address: ***.voip.belldial.co.uk (Server name provided)

    5. Proxy Server Port: 5061.

    6. Presence Server Address: ***.voip.belldial.co.uk (Server name provided)

    7. Presence Server Port: 5061.

    8. Outbound Proxy Server Address: ***.voip.belldial.co.uk (Server name provided)

    9. Outbound Proxy Server Port: 5061.

    10. Service Domain: ***.voip.belldial.co.uk (Server name provided)

    11. Authentication ID: 1000

    12. Authentication Password: Password provided

  3. Enter the following information in the Advanced section:

    1. Transport Protocol: TLS

    2. TLS Mode: SIP-TLS

  4. Click Save
  5. From the left-hand menu, click Line 1 under VoIP Settings. Find the Advanced section on this page and change the following setting:

    1. SRTP Mode: SRTP

  6. Click Save
  7. Click on the Status tab at the top of the screen and in the left-hand menu, click on VoIP Status
  8. Once successfully configured, the VoIP status will show Registered.
